Drinks were horrible, and whrn i asked for it to be remade, the woman said "if you dont like it this time, get a refund!" She was nasty and rude! The coffee tasted burnt and she obviously needed to be retrained on making drinks! Our while order was nasty! Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

The atmosphere at the American Dream mall Starbucks location is extra hospitable and welcoming. Bonus points for the company's unofficial mascot Venti making an appearance here to add to the positive vibe, greeting customers and even serving a few items. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Vegetarian options: Coffee does not contain meat. Dietary restrictions: They offer nut milks to accommodate dairy intolerance.

I believe the success of any place depends on its service — especially when there are plenty of options available in the mall. Management should really pay attention to the people they hire. I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for 10 years and have never experienced such terrible service until today. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
