Will never go to this Starbucks again. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We stopped by this past Saturday morning for a treat for my kids after they ran a 5k. We parked and walked up to the window to order. My son and I had some questions about the drink options. The man taking our order literally would not answer our questions or even look at us. He turned away from us and stared silently down at the cash register while we asked questions. Eventually my daughter answered our questions for us. He just stood there ignoring us completely until we placed our order. It was so awkward. The drinks were not what we had wanted because he hadn’t answered our questions so we ended up with crap drinks and I threw mine away. So rude! What a waste of $20. Skip this Starbucks and go to NoRA or Sola. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
