I stopped by the store earlier today and wanted to share a concern. As I walked in, I was greeted, and I noticed Jennifer taking out the trash. Since she saw me, she came right back to the register to help me. However, after handling the trash, she came straight to take my order without washing her hands. I expected she would step away to wash them first, but that didn’t happen. I did ask if she could wash her hands, and she said yes, but continued using the register before doing so. She then handed me a cup she had already touched before washing. I’m sure this wasn’t intentional, but proper handwashing after handling trash is really important when preparing food or drinks. I’d appreciate more attention to this basic hygiene practice going forward. Service: 1
