I cannot say enough good things about Bavneet at the Subway location inside St. Mary’s Hospital in Kitchener. She is genuinely one of the sweetest and kindest people I have ever met. The very first time we came in about two months ago, she made such a positive impression on my 10-year-old daughter that she now refuses to go to any other Subway location — especially the one on Highland Rd — because she loves seeing Bavneet so much. We now come here at least twice a week, and every single visit we are greeted with the biggest smile and such warm, positive energy. What amazes me most is that she remembers us and already knows our orders every time we walk through the door. In today’s world, where so many people seem stressed or unhappy, it is honestly so refreshing to meet someone who is consistently kind, patient, and genuinely happy to serve customers. The restaurant is always spotless, fully stocked with fresh toppings, and Bavneet is always so helpful when explaining the sub of the day or answering any questions we have. She is especially patient and kind with my daughter while she orders, never rushing her and always making her feel comfortable and important. People like Bavneet truly make a difference in someone’s day, and I hope Subway knows how lucky they are to have her. Thank you, Bavneet, for always making us feel welcome and appreciated. The lady at the counter was very nice and polite. Italian bun was old and dry, cucumbers were half black. I will not go back. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

We were in Friday. Bavneet was an exceptional server. She was cleaning when we arrived. Place was spotless in St Mary's hospital! She jumped up to serve us. With a big smile she made delightful suggestions that we thoroughly enjoy. Our veggie subs were fantastic!! Extra crispy onions on top as per suggestion. Bavneet is amazing. As were our subs! Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
