The sodas were great, but unfortunately the service was not. Our order was messed up multiple times, and no one seemed apologetic. When I went inside to get a drink that had been forgotten, I waited quite a while for it to be made, only for them to lose it before handing it to me. Throughout the entire experience, not a single employee apologized or acknowledged the repeated mistakes. The errors themselves wouldn’t have been such a big deal if the staff had been friendly or seemed to care, but instead everyone acted as though fixing their own mistakes was an inconvenience. Great drinks, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I work in the same strip mall as this Swig and had planned to walk over regularly to get my drinks. Today I was not greeted when I walked in, stood at the counter for a few minutes while the girls did other things, when I was about to walk out I was helped, but then never told when my drink was ready. I was working on my phone and looked up after awhile to see my drink sitting on the counter. Highly disappointed especially because it was my second time ever in a Swig. I will be driving across the street to Thirst instead. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My coworkers and I go to this swig all the time and they are always so nice and never mess up our orders, even when we have lots of drinks for everyone. We had Danzie today and she was so sweet. She was the only one working and it was so busy and she was handling it so well and was so nice to us. Not even a mess up on the order!
