I drive for a living and tend to frequent Tim Hortons. Some have really gone down hill. I stopped in to the East Rochester location, it was very quiet, the ladies working(I didn’t get there names), greeted me as I came in the door. Seeing it’s a holiday I assumed they were slow, but they said it just slowed down. I just want to say they both have great customer service, which is hard to come by these days, the store and prep areas were clean as well as the ladies room. Keep up the good work. I know most people tend to post negative reviews more. So here’s a positive! Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
