Edit: This Tim's is getting worse. It's like nobody works here unless there's a door dash order. Like somehow skip the dishes is the most important client. You can use the kiosk to put your order in manually but you're still going to be ignored by staff and treated like YOU'RE the problem. Can we do something about this, or is this location just so shitty to work at nobody is motivated to serve anyone but themselves? This particular Tim Hortons is getting worse by the day. The lines are always huge, the staff doesn't work as a team. It's a pretty hostile environment, especially on weekends. I'm constantly waiting in excess of 10 minutes for just a coffee. This is a bilingual country. Our official languages are English and French, and I've never heard either of those 2 languages spoken behind the counter. If I wanted to wait 10 minutes for toast and coffee I'd make it at home. Definitely going to McDonald's from now on. They may have trash coffee, but atleast the service is fast.
