Bought cheese straws which were reputed to be made with strong cheddar cheese. These weren’t and had a totally different taste. Not nice! Food: 5 Service: 5 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £1–10

I Come here weekly for breakfast with my kids and the breakfasts are first rate (Excellent chef!) all the staff are great (obviously we all know the moody one with the dark hair and glasses needs a holiday but even taking that in to account) what I would like to address is the behaviour of some of the general public in the bakery. I've seen staff members spoken to very rudely, complaints about noisy chairs (REALLY?!) people using the takeaway facility, then sitting down in the restaurant to eat their TAKEAWAY to then complain that they should be allowed to eat in?! Other customers treating the opening of the front door as if it's a direct insult to their family and that the wind coming through is some sort of arctic blizzard?! It's a really busy bakery. Please give the staff the politeness and respect they deserve. One more thing.... if it's full, maybe consider going elsewhere rather than just glaring at other customers and willing them to leave while blocking up the bakery. Keep it up truffles. We love you.
