A very nice cafe moments from the beach. It’s easy to find on the main road, a lot of street parking is available, including out the front. Food is AMAZING, good portions and very well priced. Many vegetarian options and gluten free available. Place is clean, staff very friendly. Let me start on a positive by saying the food is well priced, well portioned and fairly priced. The establishment is old but they have made it cute you don’t mind spending some time there near the beach. The staff however do not reflect the name of this establishment like the food does. We had weird and uncomfortable service from a women who shouldn’t be in the service. It started with me asking for some honey with my tea. It came out and was literally a teaspoon of honey in a small dish. She lingered said some weird things, asked to take my tea which was full when she dropped food to our table. I asked for more honey she brought me another teaspoon. She seemed confused which food was who’s after taking The order for the two of us only ten minutes prior. When I went to pay the male at the cash register has no customer service either didn’t make eye contact didn’t smile. He was honest and returned a dollar to me when I gave him too much which is something. I’ll go back for the food but damn this place could be a great regular brunch spot if the service wasn’t so lack lustre Meal type: Brunch Price per person: A$20–40 Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
