The staff consistently demonstrates a high level of amiability, and their pricing structure is competitive. The pancakes and (thick) freshly prepared bacon are particularly noteworthy. They ensure that all dishes are served promptly, maintaining optimal freshness and temperature. Furthermore, wait times are consistently minimal. I would be remiss not to highlight the exceptional quality of the Catfish Mardi Gras plate. While individual preferences vary, I am confident that you will find this small establishment to be a delightful experience. This is OUR Waffle House!!! Every time we come here, we’re always greeted with a smile, warm welcome, CLEAN atmosphere and love and care for our meals! I mean we love Waffle House but this one hits different than the others because of the people!! The entire staff are so warm and caring but Mr. Seth and Ms. Anita always take real good care of us and remove the stigma of WH being sub-par!! Mr. Seth cooks with so much care and integrity and Ms. Anita is always looking out making sure I have everything I need! Thanks Waffle House Louetta for always making our meals special! SHARDE We had a wonderful experience at Waffle House, and Sharde was a big reason why. From the moment we arrived, she was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. Sharde truly represents the core values of Waffle House. She made us feel welcome, ensured our order was correct, and checked on us throughout our meal with a positive attitude and a smile. Her professionalism and dedication did not go unnoticed.
