Came here at 10:20 PM, and it was a total disaster. We sat and waited for 20 minutes for a simple meal, only to be handed two completely melted Frostys with an ice cold chicken sandwich and old fries. When we asked for them to be remade, the staff refused to make the frosty and claimed they were "out of chocolate." Then a manager made an employee come to our car with the one of the melted frostys to say we needed to take it back since they didn’t have what we wanted. excuse me To make matters worse, a DoorDash driver who was also waiting went up to the window to ask what was taking so long, and the staff flat-out admitted to him that they had already turned off their machines. This location closes at midnight. Why are your machines being shut down nearly two hours beforehand? If you are open until midnight, you should be serving customers until midnight. Unprofessional, lazy service and a complete waste of time. Avoid this location late at night unless you want cold food with a side of melted ice cream and excuses. Gave me the wrong order. They don’t answer their phone either so don’t bother calling. What the hell? I understand if you hate your job but this is why you’ll lose customers hiring people that obviously don’t want a job. I didn’t even get a receipt. I ordered a big bacon classic combo with baconator fries and got 4 nuggets 2 orders of fries and a classic Asiago ranch club crispy sandwich. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Well it's the same no matter what anymore! First of all took me a minute to find the place because all the lights were out you couldn't read the menu board so I had to tell him to turn the lights on and then I get my food you can tell the burgers been precooked the fries are ice cold, got no napkin no straw what is wrong with you people, I just don't understand why it is so hard with these fast food restaurants cook a burger or fries fresh but this generation just can't do it, they were all standing around in their leaning against the counter no lights on anywhere and it was dark no signs lit up no menu lit up old food being served I would recommend not going to any of the Wendy's in Milton or Pace Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
