Literally the last 5 times I have been to this location you guys have messed up my order entirely . This time i didn’t get anywhere near what I ordered. I didn’t get the 3 dollars worth of extra sauce I paid for .the drinks are wrong but the receipt on the bag clearly says my order and name . I don’t understand why it is so difficult for you people to read a screen properly .im a very patient person but it’s everytime.its ridiculous Im about to have to start driving an extra 40 minutes anytime my kids want zaxbys .i will not ever be returning to this location. The employees clearly take zero pride in their work . Don’t waste your time or money with this location . Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Zaxby’s in Pace, Florida this afternoon, and I truly wanted to recognize Miss Riley for her outstanding customer service. From the moment we walked in, her professionalism was top notch. She knew the menu and products extremely well, answered every question quickly and confidently, and was genuinely friendly and polite the entire time. We both ordered the Chicken Finger Plates, and honestly, the food went way beyond our expectations. The chicken was clearly made fresh — tender, juicy, flavorful, and not dry at all. The fries came out piping hot and fresh. I’m usually not even a coleslaw fan, but theirs was actually really good. What stood out just as much as the food was the atmosphere. The store was exceptionally clean, organized, and had a calm, relaxing environment that made the whole experience enjoyable. Excellent food, excellent service, and excellent staff. We will absolutely be back. Thank you again, Miss Riley, for making our visit such a great one! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We came in to your establishment and placed a pricy order this past Monday. With that order we asked for 3 of the 3 finger lemon chicken meals. When we got the order home, all three were regular chicken fingers. I was looking forward to the meal because I have never had lemon chicken fingers and my sister's were saying they were delicious. Then our sauces were all wrong. We asked for one honey mustard and extra of the Ranch. We received one ranch so some of the family missed out on the ranch. I would just suggest that the person taking the order's pay more attention to what the patrons are ordering. When I got home, she had ordered 3 regular finger meals instead of the lemon chicken. This was a bad experience for three of us. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $60–70
