We stopped in for a late breakfast as Whataburger luckily has breakfast till 11am! However, we were quickly screwed when we went into the second drive thru line to even out the lanes (as one does) with one car in front of us. When we pulled up, there was a truck and trailer that had ordered and pulled forward (leaving no indication that our order wouldn’t be take.) ZERO orders were being taken from the second line for TWELVE minutes. There were 5-6 cars that went through lane one without the order being in front of us being taken. Because they NEGLECTED the second lane we COULDN’T order breakfast anymore. Our order was taken at 11:00 on the dot and therefore refused.. after sitting in the drive thru for about 15 minutes. When we expressed that lane one has been moving, and if they would have alternated between vehicles— we could have ordered breakfast. The cashier just remarked that; that wasn’t her lane. They did not make an exception. Reluctantly, we then ordered lunch. Which then took another 15 minutes to actually get. They gave us a $5 discount The receipt says the cashiers name was Ashlea H. However I didn’t get a glimpse at the name tag to say if that’s accurate or not. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is good if you can get it in less than 30 minutes in the drive through. I have literally been the only car in line and my order take 15-20 minutes for one combo. Good luck if the line is long. Food: 4 Service: 2

We have been coming to this establishment for sometime. The food hot, and fresh. Staff is friendly, and clean. I read through some reviews at the places we visit and there is always gonna be an "off or sidway" review anywhere. I have worked fast food and retail and ppl are harsh on the reviews. This establishment is one of the best ones in Springfield and continues to be since we have tried all a few times. This location is friendly and personable. The lady that seems to be the general manager is present and laughing with crew and guest. We will continue to make this our location to visit. Thank you for the great food and hospitality.
