Had dinner last night at Wheatstack. We had a holiday gathering at the restaurant. The wait staff are excellent. Service is very good and very accommodating. Unfortunately, the food is not so good. I ordered salmon at 2022 holiday gathering and had to send it back as it smelled off and inedible. At this year's event, I ordered fish tacos. The fish tacos smelled off. I made the mistake of eating them. I felt sick last night and feel queasy today. I think the fish was spoiled as there was a smell of ammonia coming from the fish tacos. In retrospect, I shouldn't have ordered fish again at this restaurant. Service great! Fish bad. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

GROSS! DISGUSTING! The portions are very small for high prices and poor quality. The soup bowl was cold, tasteless and more of a cup portion. It said homemade but the tasteless broth was from a carton with a few carrots, celery and cubed dry chicken. The small salad was watery and had no taste. The food was awful. To make matters worse, the table near us had a waiter bring a piece of bread with HIS BARE HANDS! YES, with his Bare hands! No plate, no napkin, nothing but his FINGERS! DISGUSTING! GROSS!! He went to the table and asked, who ordered bread. The people on the table had horrified looks on their face at first. Then they laughed. The staff kept apologizing. I completely appalled and disgusted. That's when I decided to write a review. How are you not training the staff to never ever touch the food and literally bringing out to the public with your bare hands! They are lucky the people were not good critics or OSHA or FDA. They were lucky the take handled it as nice as they did. GROSS! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
