This was my first time visiting Wing Snob in Riverview, and I can honestly say it won't be my last! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Alejandra went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, answer my questions, and help me decide what to order. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing such a great customer experience, and she did exactly that. One thing that really stood out to me is that everything is made fresh to order. You can tell they take pride in the quality of their food, and it was definitely worth the wait. I'd heard great things about Wing Snob before coming here, and they absolutely lived up to the hype. Great food, friendly staff, and outstanding service. A huge thank you to Alejandra for making my first visit such a positive experience. If you're in the Riverview area and haven't tried Wing Snob yet, do yourself a favor and stop by. I ordered here a lot but for some reason the wings are tiny now. Because the wings are so small they have become hard and overcooked. They need to adjust the cooking time. If you have nice thick wings they are gonna take longer than these tiny wings I received today.

I went to wingsnob again and Alejandra was the one helping out again I went when the store was so busy loby full of ppl and it was only two of them Alejandra made sure everyone’s bag had everything ask if we needed something else her coustumer service is the best I only come here abt every Friday tha my husbands orders and I look forward to seeing her but some people need to learn boundaries just becuase the food took long doesn’t mean yall can get something free just wait but overall love it.
