So, I called to place a to go order, to save myself sometime. They answer and put me on hold. I was already driving to this location. 9 minutes go by and im still on hold. I make it to location and there were no customers visible, nor was the store busy. I go in, show them how long ive been on hold, they accomodated. I ordered my food and told them I wanted DRUMS ONLY. So i get my food, go back to work and when i open my box, I received ALL FLATS. This is frustrating. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Went to Wingstop about 10 minutes before closing, and they straight up refused to take our order. The employees were rude, cussing at us and saying they were already closed even though it clearly wasn’t closing time yet. We wasted our time driving there for nothing. Terrible customer service — if you’re going to close early, at least change your hours online or treat customers with respect. Definitely not coming back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
