I just witnessed what had to be one of the sourest, rudest, most obligated acting customers at this store. The lady/customer was entirely disrespectful to whom I would assume was a new hire and even denied an ounce of courtesy to the new store manager when she didn’t get her way. But the way they handled the situation and were able to handle other customers simultaneously was on another level: phenomenal job! I’m so sorry to new and experienced workers in customer service who need to deal with this behavior from those who should be adults everyday. Clean station, sweet workers, great yogurt options! I applaud the store manager for taking care of their worker and both of them for continuing the wonderful job. It’s a pay-per-ounce/by weight store (as explicitly stated) and if somebody can’t pay extra for their large yogurt treat, then they can go elsewhere or downsize.
