Terrible. Not only did I order my food before I was on on the way, I got to curbside check in and waited atleast 10 minutes more. I called to let them know I been waiting atleast 10 minutes. Almost another 10 minutes went by before my food was brought out. No kind of customer service, no greeting or anything. I got home and discovered my order was wrong - I ordered the signature meal but I was given nuggets which I’m not a fan of. Despite the wait the food was also mediocre. Staff needs to do better. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway

Terrible experience with the manager (the Black manager). I went through the drive thru and ordered a Cobb Salad. When I got to the window, I realized I had forgotten to ask for extra cucumbers. I asked the employee if I could add them and pay the 60¢ charge. She initially said yes but then came back and said the manager told her I would have to drive all the way back around to the ordering speaker. There were only three cars behind me so I asked if there was any way they could just add it since I was already at the window and willing to pay. The response I got was essentially "Oh well.” At that pointI asked for a refund because the manager’s customer service and professionalism were extremely terrible. It wasn’t about the 60¢, it was about her unwillingness to provide basic customer service over such a simple request.
