We discovered the Sunday brunch at Alizée and were blown away by how outstanding the quality of the food and drinks was. Lobster, Oysters, Foie Gras combined with French rosé and red along with some great cocktails - all served with a smile. We loved it and will be back. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: AED 300–350 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

We had a wonderful stay and would like to extend our sincere thanks to Madina at Reception for her warm welcome and kindness from the moment we arrived. She made us feel genuinely valued and set the tone for a great experience. A special thank you as well to Khin and Mohammed at Alizée Restaurant. Their service during breakfast was consistently excellent, and they always greeted us with a smile. They were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Their positive attitude and hospitality made each morning enjoyable, and they are a real credit to the hotel. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I chose Alizée at Banyan Tree Bluewaters to celebrate my birthday with my family, expecting a refined experience that matches its location and pricing. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a deeply disappointing evening. The issues started with the food. The snails were excessively oily with an unpleasant aftertaste, the seabass had a noticeably fishy flavor masked with heavy sauce, and the cauliflower steak was simply poorly executed. For a restaurant positioned as upscale, the quality and balance of flavors were far below expectations. More concerning, however, was the lack of basic hygiene standards. From the entrance, it was visible that some kitchen staff were handling food without gloves. Even more alarming was the condition of the table towels provided to us — visibly worn, torn, and clearly not acceptable for a venue of this level (photos attached). While the staff were polite and the location itself is beautiful, these positives do not compensate for the poor food quality and questionable hygiene practices — especially given the premium pricing. This experience was far from what you would expect for a special occasion, and unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant. There are far better options in Dubai that deliver both quality and standards consistently. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: AED 500+
