This place is a hot mess. I ordered ahead, and still had to wait in line to grab n go with a single whopper jr. I didn't say anything at the time, however corporate refuses to be held accountable for their challenges and offers on the rewards program, so now I am coming here to air out the dirty laundry. I would just avoid Burger King and their greedy CEO. Come get a burger at Harper's Grill in Ford City, PA. It's local, delicious high quality and almost the same price as burgers from Burger King. I used to only eat once or twice a year at Burger King, but got excited for the revamped menu. I can go back to pretty much never eating here. Clearly customer service still needs some revamping.

9/10 times something will be missing and you'll have to go back. And this last time we went, they were out of applesauce so they substituted it with fries without saying anything until I went back through to mention it. Then, other Fries we ordered weren't filled up. Our whopper with cheese didnt have any cheese on it, so I went back to get it remade, get home again, this time it didn't have any Mayo on it. I am not sure how high the guys in the kitchen were but this was ridiculous. Tried asking for a refund instead of another whopper. They said they cant do it at a store level for mobile orders, we have to go through the app. Sure, that'd be fine, if the app worked. It won't let us submit anything so now we have to wait the whole weekend to talk to a real person to try and get a refund.

Lady at counter was very rude to everyone. She looked like she was pissed our food was cold and coffee was old. She was yelling at help. When we left she was in her car smoking and glared at all of us that came it. I used your bathroom it was fithy and poop on floor. It was discussing. No number to call to complain. 2 people in building she was nasty Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
