I ordered from the app with pickup time 10:50 am. I was on time but my order was not. I watched him making it and didn’t see him put the fajita vegetables on it. so when he handed me the bag I immediately opened the container and looked it over and told him he forgot the fajita vegetables. He proceeded to put a single portion in the cup when I had ordered extra. I also had left a tip on the app foolishly thinking that they would be more apt to get it right for a tipping customer! Order was $12.85 and tip $2.00. Which is fair for a fast food place. Never ever ordering through the app again!! Seriously people you can do better! Also they had just opened at 10:45am and the floors were still dirty and a guy was just sweeping them while customers were coming in to eat! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is typically one of my favorite places to go for a moderately healthy quick and affordable meal. Recently the store is very dirty and unkempt. Food on the floors, tables, the prep area was messy and not kept well with the sides and food compartments all mixed together and not kept organized. The last two times ordering our orders were very wrong with whole items missing and also many items replaced with other items (hot salsa replaced with medium salsa), no peppers/onions, chicken replaced with pork, etc. While ordering in one day the supervisor was raising her voice and new employee and shaming them in front of customers for giving a slightly too large portion. Meal type: Dinner Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
