Just spent almost $50 for some of my items to be missing, and my shrimp not done correctly. I also refuse to make the drive back. Tried to fix it with the app and it would refund me $2. Which is less than what I spent on missing items. Also when I go through the drive through they’re not kind to me, which I don’t appreciate as a paying customer. I get you dislike your job just as much as the next person but don’t take it out on us. It’s happened 2/3 times I’ve went.. I don’t think I’ll be returning. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I know we will never eat there again. We couldn't wait for them to open and now I can't wait till they close. We ate there one time a few months after they opened and learned the hard way not to go back there again. We should have trusted our instincts as soon as we walked in the door. There were red flags everywhere. We tried it anyways I didn't get sick but my mother got really sick and ended up in the hospital. we're pretty sure it was food poisoning. Management didn't care and we're still waiting for a call back it's been years now. I even called corporate and they didn't care. They just transferred us back to the store and they didn't bother to call us back multiple times. I just read an article that they're going bankrupt. Good riddance. We got mystery ice because the machine was already broken, the restaurant was filthy. visible debris on floors countertops and tables they were not busy. There was only two other customers in there with us. It was practically empty kind of like their parking lot on a regular basis. The lady that took our order was obviously on something she had difficulties in managing our order and I'm not sure if she knew she was at work or where she was. The food tasted old and gross. Just like Long John silver's that was there before. It's garbage overpriced crap and their bankruptcy is their own fault. There was no reason for a new restaurant with a good recipe to end up this way from the beginning. it's just pure greed, stupidity, negligence and laziness. Hopefully they go bankrupt soon so a real good restaurant bulldozers them over. It doesn't appear anything's changed. it's always empty. Word has gotten around town and quickly. so obviously I wouldn't recommend anybody eat there. That one time was our first and last in any of their restaurants. I stopped by the drive-thru today and ordered a bone-out chicken and some French fries. For the price, the chicken, which was small in size, was surprisingly disappointing in flavor. The French fries, typically easy to prepare well, also didn't impress. Honestly, I have no intention of returning or trying their food again, but that’s just my personal opinion.
