WAY TO GO ANALYSIS. You won me over. Drove thirty minutes to eat jacks for the first time. It was definitely the best first experience I had. The manager was on time with everything. She even made me try her chicken. I tried to pay but she said on the house. Thank you all from the Thompson family. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Came here on graduation night at 10:15 and waited in line for 20 mins after two other trucks drove off probably cause they told them some bs then when i did get to the window the staff tells us its going to be a 20min wait on chicken when clearly they saw the line cars outside. If the restaurant is going to be open til 11pm then they need to serve until at least 10mins before closing instead of hoping the customers will just leave but definitely aint gotta worry about my service anymore. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I stopped by yesterday (friday 5/8/26) for breakfast. There was a larger than normal crowd both in the restaurant and in the drive thru (maybe a local event going on). I saw 2 girls working, 1 on front counter and 1 in drive thru, and even with such a large crowd they held it together and still had the biggest smiles on their faces!!! Service was a bit slower but overall still great service! Food was fresh and hot and customer service still great!! No complaints on my part!! I love the Gray, GA jacks! Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
