They are sooooo slow. They don’t get in a rush at all. They do not care about your time at all. You are just a nuisance there ordering food. They require you to wait at the menu until they have served the person at the window because they can’t handle wait times more effectively. Waited over 20 mins in the drive thru Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered some food tonight and mind you this is the second time with the same staff different nights and both nights I've placed my orders and asked them to specifically box and bag them the way they are ordered like my two chulupa orders in there own boxes etc. An I asked for them to be made a certain way, well the cook he never does as asked made them all wrong and through everything in one bag and he left out a couple of things, if they would bag it accordingly and box it correctly he won't leave anything out so sick of this location!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a large unsweet tea plus my food. When I got to the window, I waited for my tea. The lady opened the window and asked me what I needed. I replied, "my tea." The she told me they didn't have tea. Why didn't she tell me that when I ordered??? THEN, I got home to eat my crunch wrap, and it had NO MEAT! This is the WORST Taco Bell I've ever visited. I will NOT be returning. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1
