I should have known as soon as we walked in the older lady walking out and aaid to us "good luck." We ordered and while waiting 15mins, we looked at the receipt and noticed the girl rang my meal up not as a meal, instead of a Big Wrap Meal it was a single wrap and a large lemonade. I told her the mistake and asked for the large fry. She apologized and said she'd have it up. Well another girl asked and she told her what happened and she disappeared to the back. Then she came back up and said her manager said we'd have to pay for the large fry instead of just eating the mistake or reringing it up the right way. So we paid $16.41 for 3 seperate items instead of the $12 for the meal. Also when we had already left since we were on a time crunch my husband opened his food and it was 10 pieces of tiny breaded chicken wings instead of the 12 traditional wings he ordered. Lesson learned, listen to the old lady as she walks out the door Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Some of the most delicious food I’ve had from A fast food chain. The cashier who took my order was kind and extremely helpful when I couldn’t decide what I wanted. Love love loveee Zaxby’s !!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Zaxby’s is okay—nothing spectacular, but not bad either. The food is decent at best; I’ve had better, but it’s still satisfying if you’re craving chicken or fries. The staff here are very friendly, and the restaurant itself is clean, which makes for a pleasant experience despite the average food. On the bright side, the sweet tea is very good—definitely a highlight of the meal! It’s a decent spot if you’re in the area and want a quick meal.
