I ordered a coffee on the self service machine. The order did not get processed to make. When I had waited and not received my coffee I went to the counter and was told the order hadn’t been received. I showed my transaction as pending but was told I wouldn’t get a coffee unless I ordered again. By this time there was a large line up. I had already waited. I was told the money would be reversed back into my account but it wasn’t. I went to Hungry Jacks and bought one for half the price. I won’t be going back!!!!! Really frustrating and disappointing!! Meal type: Other Price per person: A$1–20 Service: 2

I've once owned a coffee shop and I love my coffees...and I have to put this one down as ...gill tha barrista actually knows how to properly make a great cup of coffee..I've tested her by coming past a few times and ordered different cups every time...she's a definite 9.5 on point... Love her coffees... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Just went by againa and had such a wonderful experience, staff so friendly and love food options and appreciated having such a nice space to break up a long trip. thanks Olivers.
