Bathrooms absolutely disgusting Pee on the floor on the seat and toilet is so stained it looks like mold So dirty it scared my daughter No changing table I have 3under 2 so I was highly disappointed because I had to load up the kids and go somewhere else and pull them back out. Thortans needs to do better This location has only been here for about 7years there’s no reason why it should look this bad This was my 1st time going to the bathroom it is defiantly my last

The morning staff is SO rude, especially Nancy. Our company has the Thorntons Fleet cards so our drivers use almost exclusively Thorntons. Our rep sent us coupons to use for food at Thorntons and every single time we use them, the staff is so bothered by it. One employee even said to me ignorantly "where did you even get these?" We spend a lot of money at Thorntons with our whole fleet and I'm going to get slack for a free donut???
